Dr. Gretchen Dyer DC

Hi! I am Dr. Gretchen and I am very passionate about living a healthy life and
empowering others to do the same in order to take their health back! I am a Doctor of Chiropractic whom is further trained in Functional and lifestyle medicine. I guide people to make better choices to reach their health goals. I want to feel, look, and be my best at everything I do. I know that starts with good Health! 

My passion is helping people restore and maintain their own health through safe and natural means. My goal is to empower my patients to take control of their own healthcare through educated choices and a team mentality. In addition to chiropractic care, this passion has led me to functional medicine, which addresses the underlying causes of disease. This patient-centered approach addresses the whole person, not just the symptoms they are experiencing at that moment. I learned early on that the choices we make each day can either help us to express health or dis-ease.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, most importantly, my fiancé Greg, son Cayden, bonus son Trevor, and our dogs Pippin and Mabel. I also love being active and spending as much time outside as possible. I enjoy lifting weights, boating, biking, playing volleyball, Pilates, and yoga. I also love learning! I am always reading or listening to a book, podcast, or webinar.
